127th Session of the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization

The Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization held its 127^th session from 22 October to 16 November 2018 in Geneva.

During this session, the Tribunal dealt with 107 cases against 18 international organisations (covering 93 complaints from 79 complainants) and adopted 77 judgments (including 12 judgments following a summary procedure). The Tribunal also registered 14 withdrawals.

The President of the Tribunal publicly announced the Judgments Nos. 4057 to 4133, in two parts: 3 judgments were delivered on 28 November 2018, and the remaining 74 judgments were announced on 6 February 2019.

The President of the Tribunal announced, in his closing remarks, that the next session will last four weeks as from 29 April 2019.
