Main areas of interventions

  • Commercial, complex and strategic litigations
Maxime assists his French and international clients in the context of industrial or commercial disputes, in particular in the context of unfair competition, termination of commercial relations, post-acquisition disputes and, more generally, in complex disputes also requiring a criminal, media and / or political response.
Before the litigation stage, in order to avoid it, Maxime advises his clients at the stage of organizing and managing the relations with customers, suppliers and competitors.
  • Regulated sectors and competition
Maxime supports companies in the implementation of the regulations pertaining to their businesses. He defines with his clients the pre-litigation and litigation strategies in order to fight legislative and regulatory barriers to their economic activities, while ensuring that compliance with regulations does not become a competitive disadvantage. He also coordinates the criminal response to these questions.
