Gilles a more than 30 year of experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He worked with international law firms in Paris, London and Bordeaux. Gilles has an extensive knowledge of the food and wine industry and a very specific expertise in the legal aspects pertaining to the producing of wine and the selling of vineyards wineries. Gille also developed a field expertise in the area of cross-border investments between India and France.
